Use these procedures to refit the process turning disk.

DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical
power, hydraulic pressure, and air pressure
are turned off.
CAUTION
The process turning disk weighs 50 kg. All
lifting accessories must be sized accord-
ingly.
Attach the a roundsling to the process
turning disk and to an overhead crane (or
similar).
Stretch the lifting accessories to take the
weight of the process turning disk.
Unscrew the 22 attachment screws and
washers that secure the process turning
disk.
Remove the process turning disk.
Action
CAUTION
The process turning disc weigh 50 kg. All
lifting accessories must be sized accord-
ingly.
Attach a roundsling to the process turning
disk and to an overhead crane (or similar).
Wipe clean the contact surfaces.
Make sure the process turning disk is refit-
ted in the correct position.
Secure the process turning disk with its
attachment screws and washers.
