To specify the downstream upconverter module for a Working CMTS or Protect CMTS, use the hccp ds-
switch command in cable interface configuration mode. To negate a downstream upconverter
assignment, use the no form of this command.
This command has been deprecated in current Cisco IOS releases and has been replaced by the

The group number for the specified interface. Valid values are any number
from 1 to 255, inclusive.
