Cisco CMTS Configuration Commands
clear packetcable gate counter commit
To reset the counter that track the total number of committed gates, use the clear packetcable gate
counter commit command in privileged EXEC mode.
Syntax Description
This command has no keywords or arguments.
Defaults
No default behavior or values.

Usage Guidelines
This command clears the counter that tracks the total number of gates that the CMTS has moved into the
COMMITTED state since the CMTS was last reset or since the counters were last cleared. To display
the total number of committed gates, use the
counter commit
Examples
The following example shows the committed gate counter being reset to zero:
