Configure the upstream port and the VLAN.

Configure the traffic table.
The voice service has the highest priority, and the network access service has the lowest
priority.
Assume that the network access service uses traffic table 6, with the priority of 0. The
following shows how to create the new traffic tables for the voice service and video service
respectively.
