Engine Installation

1. Secure the new engine with an approved hoist.
2. Slide the r-clamp onto the breather hose (Fig. 1691).
3. Position and lower the engine into the engine mount
assembly (Fig. 1692).

4. Apply thread locking compound to the breather hose
r-clamp mounting bolt (no washer). Apply thread
locking compound to the 2 engine plate mounting
bolts with lock washers (Fig. 1693 and Fig. 1694).
