12. Continuing tightening, or loosening, the tensioning
bolts until there is 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" (3.8 to 6.4cm)
between the bottom of the chain guard and the top
of the chain on each side of machine (Fig. 0302).
13. With a 1-1/8" socket securing the position of the
tensioning bolt, use a 1-1/4" wrench to tighten the
jam nut on each of the 2 chain tensioning bolts (Fig.
0303).

14. Use a 1-1/4" crows foot wrench to torque the 2 jam
nuts to 30 ft-lbs. (41 Nm) (Fig. 0304).
15. Using a 3/4" socket and wrench, tighten the 4 nuts
and bolts securing the axle retaining bracket to the
main frame (Fig. 0305).
