7. Remove the two 90º fittings from the tilt cylinder (Fig.
0691 and Fig. 0692).
8. To service the tilt cylinder, refer to "100-4163
Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild" (Old Style) for 2004 and
older units, on page 3/1-17 or "105-7867 Hydraulic
Cylinder Rebuild" (New Style) for 2005 and newer
units, on page 3/1-40.

Tilt Cylinder Installation

1. Install the 2 hydraulic fittings in the tilt cylinder.
Orientate the fittings so they face away from the ram
end of the cylinder (Fig. 0693).
2. Position the barrel end of the tilt cylinder to the
loader arm. Install a pivot pin (Fig. 0694).
