29. Remove the back-up ring from the top and bottom
bushings (Fig. 0205).
30. Remove the gear seal from the top and bottom
bushings (Fig. 0206).
Note: Lubricate all surfaces on reassembly.

31. Install the gear seal with the lip side of the gasket
facing away from the groove of the bushing (Fig.
0207).
32. Install the back-up ring into the bushing so that it
rests in the lip of the gear seal (Fig. 0208).
