Appendix 4. Warning Messages
Message
Starting was attempted during
calculate mode the machining time calculation
or during the machining time
calculation mode.
The synchronous correction

• Wait for the machining time
calculation to complete, or restart
after canceling the machining time
calculation by resetting.
• Select the handle mode.
• Turn OFF the synchronous
correction mode switch.
• Restart after stopping the axis
being controlled.
• Reduce the command speed, or
reduce the parameter setting
value for the pre-interpolation
acceleration/deceleration time
constant.
• Restart after canceling the
emergency stop.
• Start after canceling the absolute
position detection alarm.
• Start after the zero point
initialization is completed.
• Replace the tool.
• Cooling measures are required.
Turn OFF the NC power, or lower
the temperature with an air
conditioner, etc.
• Execute a top search.
• Execute from the restart top
search after resetting.
• If continuing the program restart
operation (automatically/manually
returning to the restart position),
restart is possible from the first
block searched.
• If executing the search again, first
cancel the previous restart search
by resetting. Then execute a
restart search after executing a
top search.
