Set this with SV050 (PGN2sp), SV003 (PGN1)
and SV004 (PGN2) when carrying out SGH
control.
Set to "0" when not using this function.
Set the speed loop gain.
The standard value is 150.
When it is increased, response is improved but
vibration and sound become larger.
For MDS-B-V1/V2
Select the servo functions.
