To test the default path of the Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) Label Distribution Protocol (LDP)
from source to destination, use the traceroute mpls command.
Syntax Description

Usage Guidelines
This command requires the MPLS Services license.
Examples
This example shows how to specify the target TE tunnel interface:
switch# traceroute mpls traffic-eng tunnel-te 1
Tracing MPLS TE Label Switched Path on , timeout is 2 seconds
Codes: '!' - success, 'Q' - request not sent, '.' - timeout,
'L' - labeled output interface, 'B' - unlabeled output interface,
'D' - DS Map mismatch, 'F' - no FEC mapping, 'f' - FEC mismatch,
'M' - malformed request, 'm' - unsupported tlvs, 'N' - no label entry,
'P' - no rx intf label prot, 'p' - premature termination of LSP,
'R' - transit router, 'I' - unknown upstream index,
'X' - unknown return code, 'x' - return code 0
Type Ctrl-C to abort.

traceroute mpls {ipv4 target address | multipath ipv4 target address | traffic-eng tunnel-te
interface number}
Specifies the target IPv4 address.
Target address.
Specifies the label switched path (LSP) multipath traceroute.
Specifies the target traffic engineering (TE) tunnel interface.
Specifies the TE interface.
TE interface number. The range is from 0 to 65503.
