up to 64 times):

switch(config)# table-map tablemap1
switch(config-tmap)# from 1 to 1
switch(config-tmap)# from 2 to 1
switch(config-tmap)# from 3 to 2
switch(config-tmap)# from 4 to 2
switch(config-tmap)# exit
