Release Pause Command
"Release Pause" command can be set under "sp_state_pause" state.
"Release Pause" command ends the pause, after pause end, the state goes to "sp_state_play".
Release Pause
After getting "Release Pause" command, Sound Playing releases pause immediately.
Even release pause at big sample value, smooth function avoids the noise.
