21.4.2. Clock Setting
On HW Processor, the HW Processor operating clock is shared the system clock. On Sound Play
Function Mode, the operating clock should be supplied at 16MHz. For detail of the system clock
settings, refer to "Clock Generator" in the "2. Power Supply, Reset, and Clocks" chapter.
21.4.3. Sound DAC and external Audio AMP Settings
On Sound Play Function, the Sound DAC(SDAC) settings should be controlled as following procedure.
<Sound Play Start-up>
1.
Enable the Audio AMP. (if necessary)
2.
Wait (refer to the Audio AMP specification.)
3.
Set the SDAC_0.CLK register to 0x0102.
4.
Set the SDAC_0.DAT register to 0x0000.
5.
Set the SDAC_0.INTE register to 0x0000.
6.
Set the SDAC_0.INTF register to 0x0003.
7.
Set the SDAC_0.CTL register to 0x0001.
8.
Set the SDAC_0.MODE register to 0x0100.
<Sound Play Close>
1.
Check whether ch0 & ch1 state are "sp_state_idle".
2.
Set the SDAC_0.MODE register to 0x0000.
3.
Set the SDAC_0.CTL register to 0x0000.
4.
Set the SDAC_0.INTF register to 0x0003.
5.
Set the SDAC_0.INTE register to 0x0000.
6.
Set the SDAC_0.DAT register to 0x0000.
7.
Set the SDAC_0.CLK register to 0x0102.
8.
Disable the Audio AMP. (if necessary)
Note
Regarding external Audio AMP control(wake-up time, enable control etc), please check and follow Audio
AMP specification.
