Probable causes
The optional argument \ProcSignal has been used for the
instruction ProcerrRecovery. The signal makes it possible for
the user to turn on/off the instruction ProcerrRecovery.
Recommended actions
Add an error handler for ERR_PROCSIGNAL_OFF error or
remove the optional argument \ProcSignal from the instruction
call.
