Description
Safety interface board (SIB) and manipulator interface board
(MIB) arg reports divergence on high voltage (HV) interlock
chain 2 feedback signals.
Consequences
The system goes to status SYS HALT.
Recommended actions
Check cables and connections. Replace SIB if faulty. Replace
MIB if faulty.
