Note
RAMS - Internal RAM data status register
The RAMS register is a flag register that indicates that the supply voltage has
dropped below a specific data retention voltage. If so, the contents of the RAM
may have changed and has to be considered as invalid.
This register can be read or written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
Writing to this register is protected by a special sequence of instructions.
Please refer to "Write Protected Registers" on page 155 for details.

For the specification of the data rentention voltage, consult the Electrical Target
Specification.
This register is not influenced by any reset. Refer to 22.4.4 on page 722 for
further details concerning RAM data retention.
