ADAnCRDD, ADAnCRDDH - AVREF A/D conversion diagnostic registers
The ADAnCRDD and ADAnCRDDH registers store the result of the AVREF
conversion if the ADC diagnostic function is enabled
(ADAnM2.ADAnDIAG = 1).
These registers are read-only, in 16-bit or 8-bit units. However, specify the
ADAnCRDD register for 16-bit access and the ADAnCRDDH register for 8-bit
access. The 10 bits of the conversion result are read from the higher 10 bits of
the ADAnCRDD register, and 0 is read from the lower 6 bits. The higher 8 bits
of the conversion result are read from the ADAnCRDDH register.

Since A/D conversion accuracy is influenced of use conditions, the result does
not necessarily become all 1 (ADAnCRDD = FFC0H) when converting AVREF.
