1. Writing to ADAnEF is ignored.
2. When not using the A/D Converter, stop the operation by setting the
ADAnPS bit to 0 to reduce the current consumption.
3. During A/D conversion (ADAnCE bit = 1), the ADAnFR3 to ADAnFR0 bits of
the ADAnM1 register cannot be changed.
4. Access to the ADAnM0 register during sub-clock operation and when the
main clock is stopped is prohibited.
