Installing the ONS 15454 M12 (ANSI and ETSI) Shelf
Step 3
Pull the right side of the hinge-locking spring.

Detach the cover from the pin of the hinge.
Step 5
Remove the cover carefully from the left pin of the hinge.
Step 6
Return to your originating procedure (NTP).

This procedure describes how to access the ONS 15454 ANSI backplane by
removing the covers. The backplane has two sheet metal covers (one on either
side) and a lower backplane cover at the bottom.
