Fault Codes

Electrical System: Troubleshooting
The list below identifies the fault codes that are generated by the TEC to identify
an electrical system malfunction (fault) that occurred during machine operation.
Use the InfoCenter display for fault retrieval.
Note: The following list of fault codes identifies electrical problems that typically
will prevent normal machine operation. The InfoCenter display will identify
existing faults if they should occur.

Engine coolant temperature is high, PTO is
disabled (above 105°C)
Engine coolant temperature is high, engine has
to be shutdown (above 115°C)
Engine oil pressure is too low and engine
Alternator has a fault
FET leak occurs when an output circuit is shut off and
an abnormal amount of current flow is detected. This is
likely due to a bad FET. Qualifier indicates which FET
on board. Does not apply to PWM output.
TEC Inputs are bad. Input Enable Pullup (IPE) check
on board has failed. The input pullups are not being
properly powered on the board, therefore the micro
controller can not trust the state of the inputs.
Check 7.5 A fuse protecting outputs 1 - 4. From VBATT2
Check 7.5 A fuse protecting outputs 5 - 8. From VBATT3
Check 7.5 A fuse protecting outputs 9 - 12. From VBATT4
Main power Relay fault
Starter circuit current (from TEC to start relay) is too
high. From current sense on start output.
Current in fuel pump circuit is too high.
Current in the pump clutch circuit is too high.
Current in pump lamp circuit is too high
Current in throttle lock circuit is too high
Current in throttle lamp circuit is too high
Current in solenoid that enables the Front PTO is too high
Current in solenoid that enable the Rear PTO is too high
Current in solenoid that enables the lift/lower
capabilities is too high
CAN msgs from slave have not been received
within specified time limit
Assembly or InfoCenter software is incompatible
Attempt to start while engine is running
Starter has been engaged for more than 30 seconds
Hydraulic temperature is too high, PTO shutoff
Default error code when low/high current cannot
be associated with any channel
