Saving, Loading and Deleting Jobs

On this machine, the settings for frequently performed binding jobs can be saved and loaded using the
memory screens.
This section describes how to save, load and delete these job settings.

3-7-1 Saving jobs

Before saving a job, first do the changeover
and fine adjustments so the machine is set for
the job which is to be saved.
Press
The Memory – Main screen appears.
Select the job number for the job to be
saved.
• This number can be selected either by entering
the job number using the keypad or by touching
the job number directly.
When is pressed, the Numeric
Keypad screen appears.
You can scroll through the jobs by pressing
the and
right.
Press .
When is pressed, the Keyboard screen
appears.
Enter the job name.
If is pressed on the Keyboard
screen, the display returns to the
Memory – Main screen. The name of the
job which has been entered is not saved.
Press .
The Memory – Main screen appears.
• In the example given here, the contents
settings for the current job are saved as "Job
number: 10" and "Job name: BOOK."
• If another job has already been
saved under this number and name,
it will be overwritten.
• If is pressed on the Save
Check screen, the display returns to
the Memory – Main screen. The job is
not saved.
