4-1-2 If an alarm icon appears

If a problem occurs in the machine, it will be detected by one of the sensors. The machine is stopped, and the problem
is indicated on the Bookbinding – Operation screen by an alarm icon. This section explains the meaning of each of
these icons.
No Icon
The stacker is full of books.
Remove the books.

There is a problem with the communication network.
The system will try to reset automatically. Wait a few

moments until the icon is cleared from the screen.
The settings on the touch panel and the milling set
level do not agree. Check the settings.

Some covers have jammed after feeding.
Remove the jammed covers, and then press the
(4)
standby position.
If the covers jam again, check to see that the cover
transporting guide is correctly installed. And then
clean the cover sheet sensor referring section 5-6.
