4-8-2 If the book block has jammed in millimg mechanism

If the milling mechanism has been overloaded and the book block has jammed in the milling mechanism, remove the
book block by following the procedures listed below.
Move the carriage clamps in the reverse
direction and position the clamp right
above the level plate using the
hanadwheel.

• The carriage clamp has already closed. You
do not need to close the carriage clamp
using teh Single Operation screen.
You can move the carriage clamp also
using the Information - Single Operation
Clamp screen. After pressing the
(Jog) button, carriage clamps move in
the reverse direction while pressing the
left Bookbinding Start button.
