1-3-4 Information Screens

Information – Main Screen
: The Information – Monitor screen
appears. You can check the input status
of each sensor signal using this screen.
(See page 26 for more details.)
: The Information – Single Operation
screen appears. Individual parts of the
machine can be moved using this
screen. (See page 27 for more details.)
: The Information – Error History screen
appears. You can view a history of any
system errors using this screen. (See
page 29 for more details.)
Glue Auto Calculation Adjustments
When the spine glue function is set to automatic, you can
increase or decrease the values for the thickness of glue on
spine, the first wiper opening, and the second wiper opening
at a constant rate than the default setting.

This indicates the total number of
books bound over the life of the
machine. (It cannot be reset.)
: The serial number of the machine
is displayed here.
: This displays the versions of the
ROMs installed in the machine.
In sequence, they are
• Panel control ROM
• Panel screen ROM
• Main unit control ROM1
• Main unit control ROM2
(You may be asked for these numbers by a
service technician if there is a service call in
connection with a problem occurring in the
machine.)

Motor or Sensor On/Off setting
The Motor or Sensor On/Off Setting screen appears. If one
of the motors fails, that motor can be set to Off, and the
rest of the machine can still operate. (See page 29 for
more details.)
Home position correction
The Information – Administrator screen appears. If you find
yourself making the same fine adjustment every time, you
can reset the home position instead. (See page 30 for
more details.)
