Cleaning and Replacing the Filter Bag
The air escapes from the filter bag, and the trim falls into the trim bag. Hit the outside of the filter bag
regularly.
When the trim bag is full, replace it.
Cleaning the filter bag
Hit the outside of the filter bag.
• The trim will drop into the trim bag.
• If the filter bag is really clogged, replace it by
following the steps listed below.
CAUTION
• If the filter bag is really clogged, the air
will not be able to escape, causing the
trim to back up.
• Wear a mask to prevent inhaling the
paper dust.
Replacing the filter bag
• If the filter bag is really clogged, replace it.
Remove the strap, and then remove the
filter bag.
Install a new filter bag.
Fold back the edge around the outside of the filter
bag by about 20 mm (0.75") after installing the bag.
Replacing the trim bag
• Replace the trim bag when it is about 60% full of trim.
Do not let the bag fill completely.
Remove the strap, and then remove the
trim bag.
Install a new trim bag.
Fold back the edge around the outside of the trim
bag by about 100 mm (4") after installing the bag.
Hit the outside of
the filter bag so that
the trim drops down.
