• The circuit breaker may have been tripped.
• Try to turn the rollers using the single

check the circuit breaker.

• Increase the amount of spine glue using the
Bookbinding - Fine-Tune Adjustment - Glue
screen.

Increase the first wiper and second wiper
openings for the spine glue using the
Bookbinding - Fine-Tune Adjustment - Glue
screen.
- When you bind the book with PUR glue and select
"Level" for the milling angle, select "manual" and
set the wiper opening to +0.2mm / 0.01" or wider.

When the spine glue function is set to "automatic",

the wiper opening is 0.4mm / 0.02" and the gule
may not applied to the spine.
• Lower the scrape roller.
• A heater is contained inside the scrape roller
for the PUR tank. If this heater fails, glue will
get stuck around the roller, and the spine
glue may be scraped off. Check the scrape

roller and if glue is stuck to it, check whether
the circuit breaker has been tripped.
