4-1-3 If a system error occurs

This icon indicates that
a system error has
occurred.
Check the error code to
the right of the icon,
refer to the table below,
and follow the

Cause and solution
Turn the Emergency Stop button to release it.
Turn the Emergency Stop button to release it.
Close the cover.
The beam for the area sensor was blocked while the machine was operating.
1. Check that nothing is blocking the sensor, and press the OK button.
2. Press the Start button. The milling cutter and glue rollers now rotate.
3. Press the Start button again.
Important! Check the quality of the book which stopped just before nipping.
Changeover is canceled because the area sensor is blocked temporarily or other reason. Do not
block the area sensor while changeover.
Return the melt tank to its position inside the machine, and lock it in place using the knob.
Cover sheet is delivered to the nipping section while the binding operation is not performed .
Remove the cover on the nipping section.
There is a problem with interlock contactor. Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power
switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call
the service technician.
There is a problem with interlock contactor. Close the cover again, and push the melt tank in
again. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
There is a problem with interlock contactor. Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power
switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call
the service technician.
There is a problem with the area sensor. Call the service technician. If you press the OK button
on the screen, you can continue the binding operation.
Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds
beforeturning it back to On. If the problem occurs again, call the service technician.
Carriage clamps did not complete a full movement. Press the OK button on the screen. Turn the
power switch to Off, and wait 10 seconds before turning it back to On. If the problem occurs
again, call the service technician.
The machine continues the job.
