Resetting the Circuit Breakers

If any function or part of the machine is not working, check appropriate circuit breaker.
Turn off the power switch before resetting
any circuit breakers. Otherwise the
machine may start suddenly, causing
severe personal injury.
If possible, use the error code to identify
the tripped circuit breaker.
• The error codes displayed on the "error screen
are as follows:
Error code Tripped circuit breaker
1479 (9) Breaker for side glue tank heater
1489 (11) Breaker for tank heater for spine glue
1521/1522/1531/ (3) Breaker for nipper motor
1532
6233 (7) Breaker for carriage clamp rotation
motor
• The following symptoms do not have specific
error codes. Use the trouble symptom to
identify the tripped breaker.
Symptom
• Trim is scattered around
the milling section.
• The trim bag does not
expand even when
binding is started.
• No spine glue, or side
glue.
• The books are not
delivered after they have
dropped from the
carriage clamp.
• No displays on the touch
panel and temperature
controller.
• No milling.
• The carriage clamp
stops at the milling
section.
• The covers are not fed.
• Glue sticks on and
around the PUR tank
scraper roller.
• The spine glue has been
scraped off, leaving less
than an adequate
amount behind.
