(8) Block the sensor using a sheet of paper or
some other object during moving the carriage
clamp. Do not use your hand.
Check that the correct error icon appears
on the screen.
(9) Press
The Error screen is cleared.
(10)Press the Carriage Clamp Rotation
button.
The carriage clamp returns to the home
position.
If the Error screen does not appear
• There is a problem with the safety circuits. Stop
operating the machine, and call your local
dealer.

Check the safety function of the cover
table foreign object detector.
• Check whether the safety detector works while
the cover table is going up.
(1) Press the Cover Table Down button.
The cover table goes down until it reaches
the bottom of its travel.
(2) Press the Cover Table Up button.
The cover table starts moving up.
(3) Push up the cover table foreign object detector.
• Check that the cover table stops.
If the cover feed table does not stop
• There is a problem with the safety circuits. Stop
operating the machine, and call your local
dealer.
This now completes the checks of the safety
functions.

Checking the Glue Collection Tray

Check the glue in the glue collection tray.
When the tray is filled with glue, dispose of
the glue. (See Section 5-14 for more details.)
