Installing the Main Part of the Machine

Place the mounts underneath the four
setting bolts.
Remove the locking brackets for shipping.
•Remove the two locking brackets for shipping
at the safety covers.
The safety covers can be opened and closed.
Move the carriage clamp manually.
•Move the carriage clamp away from the
nipping section. (This will allow you to place a
level on the nipper.)
When the machine is shipped, the
carriage clamp is closed.
