Rear Cover Jog Guide
Before the machine does the
nipping, this jogs the cover
together with the front cover jog
guide to position the cover.
Rear Nipper
Together with the front
nipper, this forms the
spine of each book.
Front Nipper
Together with the rear
nipper, this forms the
spine of each book.
Nipper Angle Adjusting Block
If the nipper mechanism is not level, use
this block to adjust its angle. See Section
3-13 for more details.
Nipper Height Adjusting Ring
Use this ring to adjust the nipper height.
See Section 3-12 for more details.

Cover Angle Adjusting Knob
This is used to adjust the cover angle.
