Operation Screen
Power Saving Mode button
• The screen turns black and the power lamp (See
page 3.) lights. (The display will return when it is
touched again.)
• The temperature in the melt tanks is reduced.
Level Plate/Nipper Cleaning button
This leads to the Maintenance screen
All Delivery Button
•
If you press this button, the confirmation screen
is displayed. Press OK, and the carriage clamps
rotate and delivers book in the machine. Use this
button when you bind fewer books.
This delivers a cover from the standby
position into the nipper.
This feeds a cover to the standby position.
• If a cover is already at the standby position, it is
fed into the nipper, and a new cover is fed.
This stops the milling cutter, the roller for the
side gluing rollers and the roller for the spine
glue.
When the machine is shut down and this
button is pressed, the milling cutter, side glue
rollers and application rollers start turning (but
cover are not fed.)
To start binding, put a book block in the carriage
clamp and press these buttons again.
Milling speed - optional
This automutically changes the
rotational speed of the milling cutter
to match the production speed.This
can also be changed manually.

Test Bookbinding Screen
This starts a bookbinding test for just one book.
Fine Adjustment Screen
Use this screen to make fine adjustments.

Bookbinding counter
Bookbinding counter
This counter is not cleared until
the button is pressed.
(This counter is not cleared even
if the power is turned off.)
Preset counter
The machine will feed just the
pre-set number of covers. This
prevents the covers from being
wasted.
Level plate returning mode
After the bookbinding buttons are
pressed, the level plate is
returned to where it was
positioned when the book blocks
were fed.
This removes the bound books
from the top.
Level plate returns automatically.
Set the level plate delay time when
thick book does not delivered smoothly
or portrait book falls because it
bounces and hit the level plate.
Level plate delay time can be set
here. Normally, input "0."
Production speed
1,350 copies per hour
Bookbinding start mode
Manual Start
Press the Bookbinding Start buttons
to start the binding.
Timer Start
Bookbinding starts automatically after
a set period of time elapses after the
book blocks are fed.
Bookbinding start wait
time (0 to 9.9 sec.)
If no book block is inserted into
the clamp within 20 sec., after
finishing a previous bookbinding
auto start function is canceled.
