 Outline of the cleaning operation
• Setting a number in Pr.1470 Number of cleaning times setting enables the cleaning function.
• The cleaning operation is started when the trigger set in Pr.1471 or Pr.1479 occurs, or when X98 signal turns ON. When
the cleaning is started initially, the operation in the opposite direction to the start command is performed.
