Swap Cutting Reel Motor 3 With A Cutting Reel Motor From A Different Cutting Unit. Refer To The Greensmaster Triflex 3320/3420 Service Manual, Chapter 6, Service And Repairs Section, Cutting Reel Motor; Figure 26; And Follow The Steps Listed; Cutting Unit 3 (Right), Which Includes Reel Motor - Toro Greensmaster TriFlex 3300 Manual

1. Cutting unit 1 (center), which includes reel motor 1
2. Cutting unit 2 (left), which includes reel motor 2
4. Check the cutting unit and the reel motor for any mechanical resistance, and make sure that the reels are
free of any foreign debris. Remove any debris that is found.
5. Check for proper bedknife adjustment and the overall condition of the reel. Adjust the bedknife if it is
out of alignment. Refer to the applicable Cutting Unit Operator's Manual listed in
Material (page 8).
6. Connect 48 V power to the cutting units. Refer to
Cutting Reel Motors (page
7. Operate the machine.
Pass The fault did not repeat. Go to
Fail The fault repeated. Go to Step 3.
Step 3: Swap cutting reel motors between cutting units.
All of the cutting reel motors are identical.
