Pass
The InfoCenter readings are good. The fault still exists. Go to Step 3.
Fail
The InfoCenter does not show the Reels Enable indication. Refer to chapter 6 of the Greensmaster
TriFlex 3320/3420 Service Manual to test the 48V Logic relay. Once the Reels Enable indication is
present, test the machine function. If the fault no longer reports, go to
Service (page 21)
Step 3: Check all 48 V fuses.
Refer to the Greensmaster TriFlex 3320/3420 Service Manual Chapter 6. Perform the Fuse Testing procedure
as described in the Electric Reel Drive System (48 Volt DC) Fuses section.
Pass
The fuses all tested good. Go to Step 4.
Fail
One or more of the power and ground wiring tests failed. Repair or replace the worn or damaged
parts. Go to
Step 4: Check all 48 V Fusible Links.
Refer to the Greensmaster TriFlex 3320/3420 Service Manual Chapter 6. Perform the Testing procedure as
described in the Electric Reel Drive System (48 Volt DC) Fusible Links section.
Pass
The fusible links all passed the tests. Go to Step 5.
Fail
One or more of the power and ground wiring tests failed. Repair or replace the worn or damaged
parts. Go to
Step 5: Check the logic power connection to the cutting unit motor.
Check the 2-amp TEC logic power fuse located in the fuse block mounted beneath the operator seat base. See
Figure
67. The TEC logic power fuse is in position R1.
