How to Obtain Reference Materials
1. Go to the Toro Gateway site and login with your user name and password.
2. On the Publication Search page, type the model number of your machine and then click Go.
The Model List table appears.
3. Use the serial number of your machine to determine the proper row in the table for your machine.
4. Click the Linked Publications button in the table row for your machine.
5. Links to operator's manuals, service manuals, hydraulic and electrical schematics, parts catalogs, and
other documents will be displayed.

Toro DIAG Software

Download the Toro DIAG software from the Toro Dealer and Distributor Portal and then install the software on a
computer. This software is intended to assist you with troubleshooting electrical issues on Toro machines that
use a Toro electronic controller (TEC).
The features and benefits of the Toro DIAG software include the following:

The software uses a USB to CAN connection via a Toro DIAG USB/CAN Cable (Toro Part No. 115-1944).
•
You can monitor the controller system in the entire machine.
•
The software is a Windows-based application.
•
Software updates to Toro DIAG are sent automatically.
•
You can review fault codes and their descriptions.
•
You can see machine counters and timers.
•
You can download a machine counters and timers file for uploading into a replacement TEC-5001 controller.
•
You can easily reprogram the machine.
