Pass
The wiring test passed. Go to Step 6.
Fail
The wiring test did not pass. Repair or replace the faulty wiring. Go to
Service (page 21)
CAUTION
Overtightening the harness connector retaining fastener will damage the primary TEC
controller.
After you plug connector P01 back into the TEC, torque the retaining fastener for P01 to 25–28
in-lbs.
Step 6: Test the glow relay.
1.
Locate the glow relay under the right side cover, next to the operator's seat.
2.
Remove the glow relay from the bracket.
3.
Follow the relay testing procedure outlined in Chapter 6 of the Greensmaster TriFlex 3320/3420 Service
Manual.
Pass
The glow relay passed the test. Begin the diagnostic process again.
Fail
The glow relay did not pass the test. Replace the glow relay. Go to
(page 21)
and follow the steps listed.
Step 7: Test the leak detector wiring for continuity.
Machines equipped with the Turf Guardian Leak Detector System include an alarm that sounds if a hydraulic
leak is detected. The alarm is attached to the outside of the control console assembly.
1.
Unplug the P01 connector from the TEC controller.
2.
Locate output pin 7 in the connector plug.
3.
Unplug the P38 connector from the leak detector alarm.
4.
Locate the pin connected to the pink wire on the alarm plug.
