Step 3: Install a replacement S/G.
1. Install a replacement S/G assembly into the machine. Refer to Chapter 6 of the Greensmaster
TriFlex 3320/3420 Service Manual. Use the Installation procedure in either the Generator Assembly
(Greensmaster 3320) section or the Generator Assembly (Greensmaster 3420), depending on your
machine.
2. Use Toro DIAG to program the new S/G. Connect a PC with Toro DIAG software to the machine via a Toro
DIAG Cable (Part No. 115-1944). Refer to
3. Once programming is complete, disconnect the Toro DIAG cable from the machine.
Pass Replacing the starter/generator fixed the fault. Go to

Fail Replacing the starter/generator did not eliminate the fault. Repeat the diagnostic process.
