Step 5: Remove the S/G assembly from the machine.
Remove the S/G assembly from the machine. Refer to Chapter 6 of the 3320/3420 Service Manual. Use the
Removal procedure in either the Generator Assembly (Greensmaster 3320) section or the Generator Assembly
(Greensmaster 3420), depending on your machine.
Step 6: Remove the controller from the S/G.
Remove the controller from the S/G. Refer to Chapter 6 of the 3320/3420 Service Manual. Use the applicable
parts of the Generator Assembly Service section.
Step 7: Inspect the wiring between the S/G and the controller.
The S/G and the controller each have cabling that connects to the other component. Inspect the wiring between
the controller and the motor/generator.
