4. Use Figure 31 to locate the 48 V ground. Then use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the
following pair of locations:

5. Repair or replace the worn or damaged parts. Go to
follow the steps listed.
Pass
The voltage measurement was good. Go to Step 6.
Fail The voltage measurement was not good.
1. Leave the e-reels harness connector P07 unplugged˙.
2. Go to Step 5.
Step 5: Test the 48 V disconnect harnesses.
1. Verify that the machine is shut down and that the key is removed from the ignition.
2. Use Figure 31 to locate the e-reels harness connector J03 on the main contactor. Then use a multimeter
to measure the voltage between the following pair of locations:
