Installation Guide
1. Secure the sealing plates and skylight connective plates for the end cabinet in each row.
2. Secure the sealing plates to the floor.
3. Install the skylights.
4. Install other sealing plates and skylights in the same way.
Preparations
Tools: measuring tape, marker, Phillips screwdriver, torque wrench
Materials: sealing plates, washers, ST4.8x25 self-drilling tapping screws, M6x16 screws

Procedure
Step 1 Determine the position for a sealing plate using a measuring tape and marker.
Step 2 Place sealing plates.



Step 3 (Optional) If the floor is uneven, add a 1.0 mm or 2.0 mm high washer under the lower
sealing plate, as shown by (1) in
Issue 02 (2018-03-31)
 When determining the position, verify that adjacent sealing plates will be in close contact with each
other.
 The distance between the cabinet front frame and the outer sealing plate is 1290 mm.
When placing a sealing plate, keep the smooth plane facing the inside of the aisle if there
is operation space when the rear is against a wall; keep the smooth plane facing the outside
of the aisle if there is no operation space.
Keep the end with rivet nuts facing upwards and the end with holes facing downwards.
Ensure that the sides of cabinets are on the same plane as the sides of sealing plates.
