parameter values.
Writes all parameter values presently displayed on the GOT to the parameters of the servo

Reads all parameter values from the servo amplifier to the GOT and displays those values.
Returns all parameter values to their initial values.
Switches between the parameter display for the drive unit (DRU) and interface unit (IFU) each
time this is touched.
