Chapter2 Cisco IOS Commands for the Catalyst 4500 Series Switches

remote-span

To convert a VLAN into an RSPAN VLAN, use the remote-span command. To convert an RSPAN
VLAN to a VLAN, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description
This command has no arguments or keywords.
Defaults
RSPAN is disabled.

This example shows how to convert a VLAN into an RSPAN VLAN:
