mac-address-table aging-time
To configure the aging time for the entries in the Layer 2 table, use the mac-address-table aging-time
command. To reset the seconds value to the default setting, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description
seconds
vlan vlan_id
Command Default
Aging time is set to 300 seconds.

Usage Guidelines
If you do not enter a VLAN, the change is applied to all routed-port VLANs.
Enter 0 seconds to disable aging.
Examples
The following example shows how to configure the aging time to 400 seconds:
Switch(config)# mac-address-table aging-time 400
Switch(config)#
The following example shows how to disable aging:
Switch(config)# mac-address-table aging-time 0
