Usage Guidelines
To enter profile call-home configuration submode, use the profile command in call-home configuration
mode.
Examples
The following example shows how to set the transport method to HTTP:
Switch(config)# call-home
Switch(cfg-call-home)# profile cisco
Switch(cfg-call-home-profile)# destination transport-method http

Description
Configures the destination e-mail address or URL to which
Call Home messages will be sent.
Configures a maximum destination message size for the
destination profile.
Configures a preferred message format.
Enters profile call-home configuration submode
Subscribes to all available alert groups.
Subscribes this destination profile to the Configuration
alert group.
Subscribes this destination profile to the Diagnostic alert
group.
Subscribes this destination profile to the Environment alert
group.
