7.4.8 FE260 GSM/GPRS version with ComTSC modem application

The data transfer to a Tainy Switching Center (TSC), EK280 up to and including V 2.40
supported!
 Newer versions of the EK280 (from V2.50) no longer support operation with a TSC!

The data transfer to a Tainy Switching Center (TSC) requires a modem, in which the "ComTSC"
application is installed. The modems which the TSC application support is shown the table in
 chapter 7.4.2.
7.4.8.1 General details of the TSC system

This operating mode only works, if the FE260 includes one of the following two GSM/GPRS
modem modules.
− Integra "M2106+" or "M2106B" with firmware V6.57e and the
application "ComTSC" (Delivery before April 2014), verifiable by the
modem sticker illustrated on the right.
− ECM-GW120 with firmware V7.4 7.6 and the application "ComTSC"
(Delivery before April 2014), verifiable by the modem sticker
illustrated on the right.

If the FE260 includes an ECM-GW120 with the modem sticker illustrated on
the right, it cannot be parameterized for TSC operation!
Prerequisites for process described below:
− The FE260 is connected and configured as described in  chapter 7.4.1.
− The SIM card is inserted and unlocked as described in  chapter 7.4.2.
7.4.8.2 Parametrization of the EK280

For parameterization of the EK280 you need a connection cable for the optical interface as well
as the enSuite program. enSuite can be downloaded free of charge from the Honeywell website
in the "Software Downloads" section:
