1. Connection with enSuite
Open the "Search device and connect"
box with the magnifying glass icon.
2. enSuite Settings
Choose the panel
marked with the red arrows. Press the
"Configure Interfaces..."
port via which the PC is connected to the
ComFTP device.
3. Establish connection
Press the "OK"
connection to the ComFTP device.
4. Parameterizing the ComFTP device
Parameterize the ComFTP device according to
the separate  instructions "Operating In-
structions: Modem Application ComFTP",
ID no. 73019546.
− Once the "OK" button is pressed, the connection to the ComFTP modem (not to the terminal device)
is established.
− If the connection is successfully established, then the corresponding settings, such as "Tasks",
access data to the GPRS network, FTP server, etc., can be configured (
7.1.6.4 Monitoring data transfer to the FTP server
Once the application has been configured, you can check the data transfer to the FTP server using a
suitable FTP client (i.e., "Filezilla"). Data should now be automatically transferred from EK280 at the intervals
programmed in the ComFTP to the server.
