Check wirings. Restart the
relay. If recovered by re-
starting, continue relay nor-
mal operation. If not recov-
er by restarting, exchange
the hardware module in
slot F.
Check wirings. Restart the
relay. If recovered by re-
starting, continue relay nor-
mal operation. If not recov-
er by restarting, exchange
the hardware module in
slot G.
Check wirings. Restart the
relay. If recovered by re-
starting, continue relay nor-
mal operation. If not recov-
er by restarting, exchange
the hardware module in
slot A1.
Check that the card in slot
C is proper type and prop-
erly installed. Then restart
the relay. If does not then
recover by restarting, it
is hardware module failure
most likely in question. Ex-
change the hardware mod-
ule in slot C.
Check that the card in slot
E is proper type and prop-
erly installed. Then restart
the relay. If does not then
recover by restarting, it
is hardware module failure
most likely in question. Ex-
change the hardware mod-
ule in slot E.
Check that the communica-
tion card in slot A2 is prop-
er type and properly instal-
led. Then restart the relay.
If does not then recover by
restarting, it is hardware
module failure most likely
in question. Exchange the
communication module in
slot A2.
Check that the card in slot
B is proper type and prop-
erly installed. Then restart
the relay. If does not then
recover by restarting, it
is hardware module failure
most likely in question. Ex-
change the hardware mod-
ule in slot B.
Check that the card in slot
D is proper type and prop-
erly installed. Then restart
the relay. If does not then
recover by restarting, it
is hardware module failure
