This section describes the installation method of the motion system software.
Installation method using an SD memory card
This section describes the procedure for the batch installation of the motion system software using an SD memory card.
Install the software and boot software at the same time.

Installation start
Use the personal computer to
store the motion system software
file to the SD memory card.
Insert the SD memory card to the SD
memory card slot of the Motion module.
Power ON the motion system
while pressing the SD memory
card use stop switch.
Release the SD memory card
use stop switch approximately
3 seconds after power-ON.
RUN LED goes OFF, and
PROGRAM RUN LED and CARD
READY LED turn ON.
Power OFF the motion system.
Completed

Unzip the motion system software (.zip) downloaded from the
Mitsubishi Electric FA Global Website and copy the entire folders
[instnew] and [instboot] to the root of the SD memory card.
Pressing the switch is detected when the motion system is
powered ON and the personal computer moves to the
installation mode automatically.
Even if you release the switch, the installation continues.
During the installation, RUN LED and PROGRAM RUN LED
flash (at 500 [ms] intervals).
When the installation completes normally, RUN LED goes OFF,
and PROGRAM RUN LED and CARD READY LED turn ON.
